The Hendricks Symphonic Society will present our second annual chamber concert (poster(pdf)) on Sunday January 24, 2010 at 3:00 PM at Bartlett Chapel United Methodist Church in Avon. Admission is free. Come and enjoy an afternoon of music for small ensembles Program(pdf)
The Hendricks Symphony Orchestra needs Violins. In February, the orchestra will be performing Brahms' Variations on a Theme by Haydn and Dvorak's New World Symphony. In May we are doing an all Beethoven concert, featuring his Choral Fantasy and his monumental Symphony No. 9. The orchestra rehearses on Tuesdays from 7 to 9:30 PM at the Avon Intermediate School, west building.
